The Florida Center for Headache and Neurology is a tertiary center specializing in the treatment of Headache and Facial Pain. Our facility sees some of the most complex and refractory headache patients in the United States and we have developed a highly successful one of a kind multidisciplinary outpatient program incorporating the use of medications, minimal invasive procedures, physical medicine and behavioral modification techniques to treat chronic headache. Over the years we have also found this approach useful in the treatment of Fibromyalgia and have recently developed a unique and successful program based on the principals used to treat chronic headache. The practice has a tradition and dedication of providing its patients with the most cutting edge treatments and technology.

In 2002 we were one of the first to implement Electronic Medical Records and our now completely paperless including electronic prescribing. Dr. Conidi has been using Botullinum Toxic Botox@ and Myobloc@ to treat headache and other neurological disorders such as Cervical Dystonia, Cervical and Low back pain and Spastisity since 1996 and our facility currently has over 300 active patients making it one of the largest and most experienced centers in the country.

In 2007 we moved into a brand new state of the art location in Port Saint Lucie Florida (see photos) which serves as our main office. This facility is equipped with 1000 square feet of physical therapy, a two bed sleep lab, a procedure room, and we even have a separate dark waiting room for headache patients. Also available on site is a state of the art MRI Center, an ENT practice and we are in the process of adding a 3500 square foot surgery center which will allow us to expand our services and perform on site infusion, epidural injections and out patient surgical procedures. We also have satellite offices in Palm Beach Gardens and a soon to be completed second state of the art location in Fort Lauderdale which offers similar facilities as our main location.
